Tanzania is the largest country in East Africa and boasts a large number of incredible safari destinations, as well as some of the best beaches and islands anywhere in Africa. The Southern Safari Circuit is equally stunning and much less populated with travelers and contains the Selous Game Reserve - Africa's largest game reserve which is bigger than Denmark! Although the northern circuit is the most famous, venturing off the familiar path inevitably rewards visitors with the phenomenal scenery and wildlife experiences.
